We offer guided tours in Iceland for groups of all sizes. We custom-make the tours according to your preferences. We give good advice on where to travel in the island and we can also take you to places which the regular guided tours don’t take you.

The guides and the cook

Runar has enormous experience travelling in Iceland. Over the 16 years he has been running Eric The Red he has given many of his guests good advice on where to travel in the island. He has traveled all over Iceland and climbed many mountains in his country as well as abroad.

Edda has also traveled all around Iceland. She is a professional guide from The Iceland Tourist Guide School. She takes groups of all sizes on tours.

Edda can arrange accommodation, buses etc. for tours out of Reykjavik. She is born in Reykjavik and knows the city very well and can make tailor made tours around the city as well as in the country.

Edda is also an experienced cook and has cooked in a fishing lodge, on field trips, in restaurants as well as writing recipes in magazines and newspaper. She can easily take the responsibility of feeding hungry tourists while on tour.
